Chad “Rev Rav”

Master of ceremonies at 22 weddings (and counting), Chad brings his unique blend of humor and heart to everything he does. With his signature red curls (styled as either an afro or a mullet, depending on whatever will bother his dad the most), he’s a walking reminder that appearances can be deceiving—his laid-back vibe hides a deeply driven and passionate spirit. An early riser fueled by boudin and grilled chicken (a breakfast choice his coworkers love to roast him for), Chad is always juggling a packed schedule of commitments. He’s particularly proud of his work advocating for high school wrestling, including helping getting the girls’ division sanctioned. When he’s not busy officiating weddings or building community, you can find Chad decked out in his Saints game-day attire, never missing a home game. Whether he’s cheering in the Superdome or coaching on the mat, Chad is all in—and he wouldn’t have it any other way.

Christian

Christian is our lanky dark haired rock climbing and coding extraordinaire. Christian is also the baby of the office being 24. You can find him in his office generally listening to Deftones on repeat. When asked who he would swap roles within the company for a day he said Phil on a Friday so he’d get to golf on the clock. When describing his job in three words: build, debug, rebuild. The best piece of advice he has received about working in the industry is “Code is just code, there is no magic” – Herb Darda. When we asked Herb to describe Christian, he said considerate, competitive, and chess master…nice alliteration, Herb! Christian describes the oil and gas industry like changing a diaper. It’s dirty and smelly and can go horribly wrong if done carelessly but is a necessity of life.

Daniel

Daniel is our – most of the time – bearded wonder. When Daniel is not traveling the world, he is busy coding in a shared office with Christian. When we asked Daniel what makes our company different, he said a wealth of deep industry knowledge makes us better at anticipating customers needs. Daniel’s ideal day would begin with a coffee with a little cream and a plain donut then he would continue restoring his 100-year-old house in the heart of New Orleans, LA with his wife. Daniel is an avid outdoorsman and camping afficionado. Daniel describes his job in the following three words: Bugs, headache, and Eureka. If Daniel were stranded on a deepwater platform, he would bring a Kindle loaded with books!

Samantha “Flamingo”

Known for her perpetual perch at her standing desk, Samantha (aka “Stand Up Sam”) brings boundless energy and kindness to her role as Customer Success Specialist. With her upbeat attitude and genuine care for others, Sam makes every interaction a pleasure—whether she’s assisting a customer or sharing tips on the latest Alani energy drink flavors. As a mom of two boys, Sam’s multitasking superpowers are unmatched— a skill she honed during her 10 years in childcare, which also prepared her to keep Chad in line daily. She’s a lifelong learner and a natural helper, always eager to lend a hand or tackle something new. And while she’s the epitome of grace under pressure, Sam has drawn the line at swapping roles with Brittaney—because, as she puts it, “I don’t want to deal with Phil every day.”

Taylor

Taylor is our fearless office manager. Taylor comes from a financial background but has really grown to enjoy the oil and gas industry and finds the process from extraction to the countless end uses to be fascinating. You may not suspect it, but the office agrees that Taylor is the most knowledgeable employee on hip-hop music. A task that Taylor is most proud of in the office was getting SOC2 certified and working with the entire CTG team through the process. Don’t ask Taylor to go to lunch because he’s probably fasting. If you find yourself at the office, you know it’s Taylor’s office with nothing on the walls. When asked if he could swap roles with anyone in the office for a day, he said Chad so he can experience what it’s like to be an extrovert for a day. If Taylor were stranded on a production platform, the one thing he would bring is Nintendo Switch.
