Operator Training

Get your operators off to a good start with Initial SMART Training. Operators learn the basics in computer set up and usage as well as everything they need to start using SMART to manage your 14c compliance -- create and print worksheets, enter results, change range and set points, and run reports. Like any software, your results will improve greatly if everyone knows how to get the most out of the system. SMART contains a lot of powerful features and functionality. Learning to get he most out of your software gives you the opportunity to realize the greatest benefits of the software. This one day class is available at the SMART Training Center in Kenner, LA, in Lafayette, LA, or in any other location of your choosing – provided you supply a computer workstation with internet access for each student.

Field Training

While there is one set of regulations for everyone, there are many different methods of performing the tasks that keep you in compliance. It seems that people have different methods on every platform. That’s why we built SMART to be a very flexible system. It allows operators to do their work the way they want. If you want to test all of your levels at one time, you can do so. If you want to test by location, you can do so. If you want to test by component, you can do so. SMART is the most flexible system when it comes to work processes. Field training allows the instructor to see how operators perform their compliance tasks; we can then show them how to match SMART to their process. This greatly improves efficiencies. Operators are amazed by how much time they save after experiencing field training.

Engineer Training

While Compliance Technology Group manages all of our customers’ databases, some choose to have qualified personnel on hand to perform specific tasks inside the Engineering Module of SMART. Adding and removing equipment from SMART on your own requires the completion of the Engineer Training Course. This one-on-one session is intense and participants should be selected carefully.
