All support for Compliance Technology Group products is performed in-house by our Support Group. Our Compliance Specialists’ knowledge of our products and understanding of the compliance challenges faced by our customers enable us to help our customers get the most out of our products.

Conditions offshore require that we are flexible enough to provide a wide variety of assistance under any circumstances. Whether it’s changing an operating range, removing or adding equipment, or attaching or removing waivers, our support group has the expertise to help.

Most support calls are handled while you are still on the phone. However, all requests must be documented through email or letter.
