Operator Training

Get your operators off to a good start with Initial SMART Training. Operators learn the basics in computer set up and usage as well as everything they need to start using SMART to manage your 14c compliance -- create and print worksheets, enter results, change range and set points, and run reports. Private or Public classes are available in New Orleans, Lafayette, or Houston, or even at your location.

Platform Audits and Walkdowns

Making sure Safe Charts, P&IDs and testing paperwork all match what is actually on the platforms is a constant challenge. Our T2 certified Compliance Auditors provide a new set of eyes when reviewing your operations. Once your paperwork is consistent and we are integrated into your management of change process, we can work together to maintain accurate paperwork.

Field Training

While there is one set of regulations for everyone, there are many different methods of performing the tasks that keep you in compliance. It seems that people have different methods on every platform. That’s why we built SMART to be a very flexible system. It allows operators to do their work the way they want. If you want to test all of your levels at one time, you can do so. If you want to test by location, you can do so. If you want to test by component, you can do so. SMART is the most flexible system when it comes to work processes.

Field training allows the instructor to see how operators perform their compliance tasks; we can then show them how to match SMART to their process. This greatly improves efficiencies. Operators are amazed by how much time they save after experiencing field training.

Mock Inspections

Improve your performance on inspections by preparing your operators for their annual inspection. Our auditors perform an e-inspection on your paperwork, and then walk down the platform looking for and noting the items that MMS inspectors review.

Subpart "O" Plans, Audits, Assessments and Training

We can help you develop a new plan, audit your existing plan to determine compliance levels, and assess your people to be sure they are in compliance. We can also provide training for any area where deficiencies are found --includes T2 refresher, testing, and field assessments (hands on evaluation). We will also keep records of test scores and provide certificates of completion for each individual.
